He built his book in the east metro and the St. Croix Valley — Woodbury, Stillwater, Cottage Grove, Lake Elmo, and across the river into Hudson and River Falls, Wisconsin. Licensed on both sides of the border, he's the rare lender who knows both states' programs, taxes, and down payment assistance cold.
